Summary

• The app does not require an account in the current version.
• Training plans, workouts, fuel logs, race details, and privacy toggles are primarily stored on your device.
• If analytics or remote plan generation are enabled in a release build, limited app usage and training context may be sent to our service providers to operate and improve the app.

Information You Provide

You may enter race goals, race dates, training experience, workout logs, fuel logs, body weight, threshold estimates, coach notes, and similar training information. You may also change privacy settings that control what appears in share cards or other app surfaces.

If you contact support, we may receive your message, email address, screenshots, diagnostic details, and any other information you choose to send.

Device, Analytics, and Diagnostics

140.6 may collect basic analytics events such as onboarding completion, feature usage, and settings activity. These events help us understand whether the app works and which flows need improvement.

Analytics events may include app version, platform, approximate event time, generated device or installation identifiers, and event properties. We do not use analytics to sell your personal information.

Plan Generation and AI Features

If remote plan generation is enabled, the app may send training profile inputs, workout history summaries, race details, and coach notes to the 140.6 plan API. The API uses this context to return high-level training decisions, while the app builds workouts locally with safety rules.

Do not enter sensitive medical information, emergency information, or information about other people into coach notes.

Camera and Health Data

When you choose Snap Fuel, the app asks for camera access and opens the system camera. The captured photo is shown while you enter nutrition details; the app does not upload it or attach it to the saved fuel log.

When you look up a packaged-food barcode, the barcode is sent to Open Food Facts to retrieve community-supplied product and nutrition data. The captured photo is not sent. Verify returned values against the product packaging before saving.

The current version does not read from or write to Apple Health.

How We Use Information

• Provide training plans, workouts, fuel targets, stats, and support.
• Maintain app safety, prevent abuse, debug crashes, and improve reliability.
• Understand aggregate feature usage and improve onboarding and planning flows.
• Comply with legal, App Store, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including hosting, analytics, plan generation, customer support, and crash or diagnostic tooling. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and Deletion

Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app. Server-side analytics, support, and diagnostic records are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your Choices

You can choose what information you enter, deny optional device permissions, and delete local app data by removing the app. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by contacting support.

Children

140.6 is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so we can take appropriate action.

Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
